From the moment the bus is announced to be changed to a higher fare, tickets are sold at higher fares with advance warning to passengers.

If passengers cannot be delivered to their destination due to reasons not related to the carrier, the cost of the journey from the point where the trip was stopped to the destination point will be refunded to the passenger within 3 business days from the moment the trip is canceled. In such cases, the carrier must deliver the passenger, upon their request, to the nearest bus station, railway station, or airport. If a passenger misses the bus due to their own fault while traveling, the fare will not be refunded.
