The Biletim.az site offers services for citizens to purchase passenger tickets for regular intercity trip using plastic cards in the "Online" mode through the website and mobile application.
With the help of the website and mobile applications, you can book a passenger ticket to any destination on regular intercity trip.
Payments for orders made via the Internet or using plastic cards.
Maximum 5 tickets can be purchased in one transaction through online applications.
The user who has paid for tickets with a plastic card through Biletim.az website or the Biletim mobile application can continue his journey by presenting his QR-code-based ticket to the driver no less than 30 minutes before the departure of the trip on intercity routes.
Enter information below to search available seats:
• Enter the destination.
• Select desired date for departure. This date is considered your desired departure date. Enter number of passengers. The number of passengers should not exceed 5.
• In the corresponding window, selected destination point, price, trip passing through the destination point, carrier serving the trip, brand of the vehicle involved in the trip, capacity, and number of free seats are presented to you as information.
• If there is a trip that satisfies you among the presented trips, list of those trips and bus schedule are presented in the corresponding window.
• User selects the seats he/she wants to have according to his gender and after selecting the seat, he can delete it by clicking the x sign on the column of that seat to cancel selected seat.
• After selecting a seat, passenger information (identity document number and PIN) is entered.
• Name and surname will be entered automatically when ID number and PIN are entered.
• Each passenger can buy only 1 ticket for 1 trip. Otherwise, portal will not accept the order.
After your request is answered, pay by plastic card.
If there are no seats on the trips you mentioned, you should consider other trips.
Note: Passengers are not charged a transportation fee for carrying one piece of hand luggage with a total size of up to 120 cm (60 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm) and a weight not exceeding 20 kg (10 kg for children aged 5-10), a stroller, or a wheelchair for passengers with disabilities, as well as other necessary devices to ensure their mobility or rehabilitation. Additionally, each passenger must pay a transportation fee for carrying luggage exceeding the specified weight limits based on the requirements of the applicable legislation.
At the end, the system will provide you with information about the selected destination: route, trip, departure date and time, departure platform, bus brand, seat number, as well as price rates according to the specified passengers and departure parameters.
Finally, when you buy a QR-code-based online ticket through the system, that ticket will be listed in the My Tickets section of your personal cabinet. Before boarding the bus, you must present the QR-code or the code mentioned under QR-code to the bus driver.
The user is responsible for correctly entering passenger information into the system.
In the departure document, information about the passenger is entered in capital letters in the same way as indicated in the identity document. If the user-passenger is a child, the child's ID card must be presented during the purchase of the passenger ticket.
When registering, you need to enter your first name, last name, email address, and contact phone number. At this time, it is important to pay attention to the accuracy of the data. Read the terms of use along with data entry and press the Register button if you agree. The user registered in the online ticket section can use login and password provided to him indefinitely and without limit.
Payment of ticket fee
Transactions for purchasing travel documents are carried out using plastic cards. After passing the procedures defined by the bank, the transaction is carried out. After the transaction is completed, the tickets you bought, route, trip, bus brand, departure date, time, departure platform, seat number, passengers, etc. information will be presented to you. This information may also be sent to your email address.
Departure
On intercity routes, the passenger can continue his journey by presenting the QR-code-based ticket purchased through Biletim portal and an identity document to the driver of the vehicle or to the platform controller 30 minutes before the departure of the trip.
If there is any misunderstanding, you can contact the cashiers. It should be remembered that the passenger is allowed to board the bus only with a ticket registered in his name.

Return of unused tickets
A refund operation is carried out when the unused ticket is presented to the bus station cashier's office along with an identity document (in accordance with the terms of the refund rules). The amount to be refunded is returned to the bank card used for payment for the ticket, according to the rules of the international payment system, from 3 or 4 working days from the moment of documentation.
If the passenger purchased a ticket through biletim.az mobile app or website, he can return the ticket by entering the "MY TICKETS" section from the website or mobile application.
