PAYMENT RULES  

The passenger can get the ticket online by using plastic card or by approaching ticket office.

You can buy tickets for regular intercity trips through Biletim.az and mobile applications. The ticket contains name and surname of the passenger, names of the stations, time of departure and arrival at the station, the place chosen by the passenger, number of the ticket and number of the bus.

Note: Each passenger who registers through the mobile application has the right to purchase tickets for only 5 people.

Passengers can proceed to the payment window after entering their ID card number and fin code to purchase a ticket.

They can complete payment process by entering their plastic card information in the payment window.

If the payment is successful, QR-code-based ticket will be presented in the personal cabinet.

Passengers must present QR-code on the ticket received on the Biletim portal and ticket offices with an identity card to the driver when approaching the bus.

Payments for purchasing tickets from ticket offices are made by cash and with plastic card.

Note: It should be remembered that passengers can only travel with a ticket on his name.

Tickets must be on the name of the person who travels. Otherwise, the ticket will not be valid.
