To purchase tickets, a user who has paid for travel with a plastic card from the Biletim.az website or the Biletim mobile application must provide the ticket to the driver at least 30 minutes before the trip departure on intercity routes.

If the passenger is late for the bus operating on intercity (interdistrict) regular routes or refuses to board the bus less than 15 minutes before departure of the bus, purchased ticket will be refunded

They can complete payment process by entering their plastic card information in the payment window. If the payment is successful, QR-code-based ticket will be presented in the personal cabinet.
